Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the day they received the order. 

To exercise this right, the customer must notify us within the 14‑day period on this e-mail address:

Return Conditions

After notifying us, the customer have another 14 days to send the item back.

Returned items must be:

  • with all labels, packaging, and accessories included

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

After the 14 days without any news, the item(s) cannot be returned anymore.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Free return if the original order qualified for free shipping (i.e., the minimum order amount for free shipping was reached).

  • If the original order did not reach the free‑shipping threshold, the customer pays a flat fee of 8€ for the return.

This is compliant with EU law, which allows the seller to charge return costs as long as it is clearly stated before purchase.


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund includes:

  • the price of the returned item

  • the original shipping cost only if the entire order is returned (EU rule)

Refund does not include:

  • upgraded delivery options (express shipping)

  • the 8€ return fee when applicable
